These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the lv18 platform and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and lv18. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.

Six core areas govern the relationship between lv18 and every player who creates an account on the platform.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and lv18 ("lv18", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://lv18.lol ("Platform"). Where a Player is found to be under the age of 18, their account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any winnings forfeited.
2.2 One Account Per Player
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the lv18 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. lv18 will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances held within them.
2.3 Accurate Registration Information
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. lv18 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
2.4 Verification
lv18 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process consistent with responsible gaming and fraud prevention best practices. You may be required to submit identity documents — such as a national identity card, passport, or utility bill — before withdrawals are processed or at any time during your account's lifetime. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction.
Account Security & Responsibilities
3.1 Password and Login Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lv18 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. lv18 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. 3.2 Account Activity
All activity conducted through your account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — is your sole responsibility. If you permit another person to access your account, you accept full responsibility for all actions taken during that access. lv18 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
3.3 Device and Network Security
You are responsible for ensuring that the device and network connection you use to access lv18 are secure and free from malware. lv18 employs SSL encryption on all Platform pages and transmissions. However, the security of your own hardware and internet connection remains your responsibility.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency
4.1 Accepted Currency
All transactions on the lv18 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). lv18 does not apply currency conversion markups. Your account balance displayed on the Platform reflects BDT amounts at all times.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods
lv18 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
4.3 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Thresholds
The minimum deposit amount via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳500. Minimum and maximum thresholds for other payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction. Withdrawal requests below the applicable minimum threshold will not be processed.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawals to mobile financial service accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. lv18 processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the originating deposit, where operationally possible.
4.5 Player Funds
Player deposits are held separately from lv18 operational funds. lv18 does not use player deposits for any purpose other than funding player account balances and processing player withdrawals.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses
Bonuses and promotional offers available on the lv18 Platform are subject to individual promotion terms that specify eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry periods. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to verified account holders in good standing who have not previously been subject to any account restriction.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted). 5.3 Bonus Abuse
lv18 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same offer via multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of low-risk wagering strategies to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, and coordinated bonus farming across accounts. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings voided and may be permanently closed.
5.4 Bonus Expiry
Bonuses that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not satisfied within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the player's account without further notice. Extensions to bonus validity periods are not granted except in exceptional circumstances at lv18's sole discretion.
Gameplay Rules & Fair Use
6.1 Game Outcomes
All random number generator (RNG) game outcomes on the lv18 Platform are determined by the certified RNG systems embedded within the games supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and Play'n GO. lv18 does not alter, influence, or override any game outcome. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages stated for each game reflect the long-term statistical expectation of the provider's certified game build.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during a game round, lv18 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. lv18's decision on malfunction cases is final.
6.3 Sports Betting Rules
Sports betting markets on lv18 are governed by the specific sports rules applicable to each market type. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed odds and the true market odds at settlement, lv18 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Bets placed after the official start time of an event will be voided unless lv18 explicitly offers in-play betting markets for that event.
Prohibited Conduct & Fraud
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lv18 Platform. Any Player found to be engaged in any of the following activities will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and lv18 reserves the right to permanently close the account and forfeit all balances:
- Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform
- Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or verification
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain — any such gains must be reported and will be voided
- Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity
- Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with lv18's payment processing partners
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law
- Engaging in match-fixing or any activity that compromises the integrity of sporting events
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any third party
Responsible Gaming

Suspension & Account Closure
9.1 Voluntary Closure
You may request the closure of your lv18 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after satisfying applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses) will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days.
9.2 lv18-Initiated Suspension or Closure
lv18 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where lv18 reasonably believes that: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) the account is involved in fraudulent, suspicious, or illegal activity; (c) continued operation of the account poses a risk to lv18's integrity, other players, or lv18's payment partners; or (d) the player is no longer eligible to hold an account.
9.3 Balances on Closure
Where an account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms — including fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct — lv18 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance in full. In non-breach closures, verified balances will be returned as described in Section 9.1.
Intellectual Property
All content on the lv18 Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the intellectual property of lv18 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or reverse-engineer any portion of the Platform or its content without lv18's prior written consent. The lv18 name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are proprietary marks of lv18.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lv18 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage. lv18's total aggregate liability to any Player for any single claim shall not exceed the value of the deposit directly associated with the dispute.
lv18 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. lv18 reserves the right to suspend the Platform for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency remediation at any time without liability to Players.
Amendments to These Terms
lv18 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, lv18 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders via the email address on file. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
